Just imagine...

You arrive at Northwest Softball’s home field for an evening game.

You follow the landscaped path to the illuminated main field, grabbing a cold soda and warm popcorn from the concession stand.

After a quick trip to the indoor restroom, you head upstairs to the press box where you’ll be calling the game over the sound system and manning the digital scoreboard.

That dream is closer than ever to becoming reality! With funds raised through the Fielding Our Future campaign, Northwest Softball will call a new two-field softball complex home with many upgraded amenities, including:

Fully functioning stand that keeps the coffee hot and the sodas cold

Lights for both diamonds to extend softball hours past sunset

Batting Cages
Indoor Restrooms

Two full-length batting cages for our future sluggers

Clean indoor restrooms
(no more portable potties!)

Warm-up areas for home and away teams so pitchers can safely prepare

Who we are

We are Northwest Softball.

Founded in 2018, our volunteer-led recreation softball league serves players ages 4 to 14 in the greater Austin area. We have grown from 55 athletes that first season to serving more than 200 players in spring 2026 and nearly 500 annually across three seasons. Learn more about us at nwsoftball.org.

Our facilities have not kept pace, and that limited capacity means turning away deserving players. With a new two-field complex featuring field lighting, indoor restrooms and concessions, batting tunnels, and more, we can welcome more athletes to our community.
